She is survived by: her husband David Wayne Hornsby; her sons, David Collins Hornsby (Sara) and Justin Huey Hornsby (Brandi); her grandchildren, Christopher Ethan Hornsby, Tyler Collins Hornsby, Abigail Lea Hornsby, Presley Faye Hornsby, Havana Davia Hornsby and Falcon Cielle Hornsby; her siblings, Patricia Ann Huey Stephens and L. U.
