He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Chao Suong Yip and Kwan Yip; and his cousin Visuth Yip. He is survived by: his sons, Liam Ung, Benjamin Ung of Houston and Robert Ung of Katy, Texas; his parents, Kinn Ung and Cheang Ung of Lafayette, Louisiana; and his sisters, Catherine Jerrells (Mike) of Katy and Kate Lorio (John) of Lafayette, Louisiana. He is also survived by one niece, four nephews, and many close friends.
