He was predeceased by: his son Elmer Walker Binning; his parents, William H. Binning and Letha Coleman Binning; and his siblings, Betty Bourque (Joe) and Jimmy Binning.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Walker Binning; his children, Walter Binning, Elaine Binning Pyles (Ernie) and Carol Anne Binning; his sister Diane Binning Burr; and his grandchildren, Katie Temple, Charlee Temple, Buddye Radford (Matt), Montana Binning, Walker Binning, Erin Pyles Smith (Robbie) and Olivia Pyles Howard (Doug). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (943 Polk St, Mansfield, LA 71052). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ajax Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Ajax Cemetery Association, Friends of Highland Cemetery, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
