He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Hoover, and William Hoover, Sr.; his daughters, Barbara Lynn Hoover and Grace Hoover; his brother Donald Hoover; and his brother-in-law Richard Linardi.
He is survived by : his wife Martha Jane Hoover; his daughters, Susan Cox (Ron) and Sandra Hoover (Steve Row); his stepchildren, Michael Cooper, Jr., Angela Morris and Matthew Cooper; his siblings, Roxanna Fenske (William), Cassandra Linardi, Pamela Viel (Martin), Kimberly Di Tommasso (Rocco), Daniel Hoover and David Hoover (Susan Brown); his grandsons, Dustin and Connor Cox; and his close friends, Zueleika Bradbury, Teri Vanover, Robinson and Sherlene Bradbury. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
