He is survived by: his wife Pam Helminger of Mansura; his sons, Jay Helminger (Carol) of Mansura and Chad Helminger (Laura) of Mansura; his grandchildren, Nicholas Helminger (Michelle) of Carencro, Alex Helminger of Mansura and Rachel Helminger (Dylan) of Lafayette; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Reed Helminger; and his sister Myra Rabalais of Shreveport.
