He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie P. Mayeux, Sr. and Hazel Lemoine Mayeux; his nephew Jay Edward Mayeux; and his brother-in-law Clyde C. Ducote. He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie P. Mayeux, Jr., Donna Mulhearn (Larkin), Thomas Mayeux (Sandra), Catherine M. Ducote and Monica Huval (Mike); his nephews, Trent Mayeux (Kristal) and Wesley Mayeux; his niece Madeline Riché (Taylor); his great-nephews, Alexander Mayeux and Ethan Mayeux; his great-niece Layla Riché; and his caregivers, Lauren Williams and Debra Lusk.
