She was predeceased by: her daughters, Velvet Moreau and Tammy Ducote; her husband Belton Deshotel; her parents, Ellis Prevot and Zeline Durand Prevot; her brothers, Roger Prevot and James Prevot; her sons-in-law, Brian Moreau, Michael Laborde and Larry Ducote; and her grandchildren, Brian Moreau, Jr. and Brandy Ducote.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria Laborde of Gonzales, Kelly Ducote of Mansura and Jody Deshotel (Dawn) of San Antonio; and her siblings, Gilda Guillot (Gordon) of Hessmer, Clara Bonnette (Andre) of Lafayette and Gene Prevot (Diane) of Alexandria. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren & 29 great-grandchildren.
