He was predeceased by: his parents, Silver Jeansonne and Mable Keller Jeansonne; his granddaughter Krysti Beauclaire; his brothers, Riley Jeansonne, Edward Jeansonne, Harold Jeansonne, Otis Jeansonne and Earl Jeansonne; and the mothers of children, Shirley Chenevert Whiddon and Sadie Briggs Jeansonne.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Gauthier (Rickey), Billy Jeansonne, Madonna Jeansonne, Bruce Jeansonne (Robin), Winona Blanchard, Katrina Schmidt (David) and Tonia Jeansonne; and his sisters, Shirley Juneau (Carl) and Marie Jeansonne. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
