He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda (Ed) and Dwayne (Renee); his sisters, Brianna Lafrancis (Justin) and Valarie Widmer (Dalton); his siblings' children, Kai Lafrancis, Kyla Widmer and Trace Provenzano; and his brother Tim (Sky). He is also survived by family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home - Many (355 Capitol St, Many, LA 71449). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
David's legacy continues through his selfless gift of organ donation.
