She was predeceased by: her parents, Curley Eugene Mistric, Sr. and Linda Blake Mistric. She is survived by: her husband William Fowler (JR); and her siblings, Demetric Cones (Peter), Janee Lowrance (Michael) and Curley Mistric (Amy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel (1101 Antoine Dr, Houston, TX 77055).
