With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Earl Moore (Many, Louisiana), born in Alpharetta, Georgia, who passed away on January 9, 2026 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edna Earl Moore to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil L. Rainwater and Leo Moss Rainwater; and her brothers, Cecil, Charles and James Rainwater.
She is survived by: her son Gary L. Moore; her daughter-in-law Ramona; her grandchildren, Lindsey Hiatt (Matthew), Rachel Braugh (Travis) and Merritt Moore (Kali); and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Bethany, Caroline, Caleb, Catherine, Elise, Joel and Shane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (990 Main St, Many, LA 71449). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to First Baptist Church Many.
