He is survived by: his mother Gayla Faye Woodle Manshack (Sabine Retirement Rehab); his son Kenny Randle Manshack of Shreveport, Louisiana.; his wife Anita Kay Ebarb Manshack; his sister Sheila Burr (Junior) of Catuna, Louisiana; his siblings-in-law, Bridget Manshack of Moreauville, Louisiana, Freda Ebarb (Johnny), Cheryl Lopez (Terry Joe), Karla Sepulvado (John Cecil) and Dagel Ebarb (Renee) of Ebarb, Louisiana; and his godchildren, Scottie Danielle Ebarb Gomez of Richmond, Haley Sepulvado of Ebarb and Tristen Ebarb of Zwolle, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
