She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paul Nette and Josephine Moore Nette; and her brother George Nette. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Combs of Lake Charles, LA and Terrell Combs (Brenda) of Fisher, LA; her sisters, Faye Bowling of Many, LA and Bonnie Barnhart of Many, LA; her grandchildren, Jason Combs (Tonya) of Fisher, LA and Jennifer Johnson (Robbie) of Florien, LA; her great grandchildren, Lexie Knippers (Dagen), Baylee Richardson, Peyten Richardson, Paislee Combs, Kynlee Johnson and Layken Johnson; and her great great grandchild Linkin Knippers.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home (355 Capitol St, Many, LA 71449). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (1130 San Antonio Ave, Many, LA 71449).
