He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Ross Vincent and Lee Raymond Isgitt; his uncle Chad Vincent; and his aunt Tanya Leone. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Leone and Dawn Leone; his children, Necley Maxine and Jimmerson Patrick; his wife Emily Boswell Leone; his grandparents, Judy Vincent, Carolyn Isgitt, Harvey and Opal Leone; his sisters, Lynsi Newman (Andrew (Mackynsi), Lesli Simmons (Joshua (Ellie), Nash, Parker, JoeLi, Kinzington, Valeri and Colson; his parents-in-law, Marcia Luxemburg and Joseph "Randy" Boswell (Tracy); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph "Joey" Boswell Jr. (Jodi (Everleigh), Kaylee Boswell, Crystal Skinner (Nelson (Levi) and Dustin Mock (Paige (Jordyn).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2084 Natchitoches Hwy, Many, LA 71449). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In loving memory of Lance Leone, the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made for the future benefit of the children.
