She is survived by: her children, Douglas Seegers, Jr. (Christin) of Many, LA and Tina Herndon of Virginia; her brother Nathaniel Ray Carter, Jr. of Pennsylvania; and her granddaughter Sarah Vidrine. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces nephews, family, and friends.
