She was predeceased by: her parents, J. O. Ponselle and Irene Ponselle (Douciere); her husband Robert "Bob" Britner; her son Gregory Oran Britner; and her sisters, Freddie Spohrer, Peggy Spohrer and Mary Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Britner (Amanda) of Many, LA, David Britner (Karen) of Zwolle, LA, Bobby Britner (Tonya) of Many, LA, Julie Britner of Many, LA, Amy Britner Nixon (Larry) of Quitman, AR, Lois Britner of Many, LA and Amanda Britner of Many, LA; and her sister Jean Rains of Many, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home (355 Capitol St, Many, LA 71449). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (1130 San Antonio Ave, Many, LA 71449).
