He is survived by: his mother Earlene Boudloche (Huey) of Many, Louisiana; his children, Kasey Currie (Christina) of Many, John Currie of Clear Water, Jackson Shoalmire of Shreveport, Samuel Balentine of Shreveport, James McDonald of Campti, Simon Bond (Bailey) of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kristen Lindsey of Shreveport, Brittany Harris of Shreveport, Leah Ryder (Tyler) of Coushatta and Kyendyl Tipton (Zach) of Benton, Louisiana; and his siblings, Terry Ann Lewis (Marc) of El Dorado, Arkansas, Bradley McDonald (Mary) of Noble and Dean McDonald of Mansfield, Louisiana. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Homes - Many (9891 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cassel Cemetery (993 San Patricio Rd, Converse, LA 71419).
