He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Curtis; his daughter Shelia Curtis Ivey; his parents, Lewis Dutton Curtis and Nancy Emmline Jett Curtis; and his brother Johnny Curtis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Curtis Treon (Michael) of Leesville, LA and Patricia Sepulvado (Donnie) of Zwolle, LA; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Waldrup of Leesburg, VA and Sandy Walker McDonald of Jacksonville, FL; his nephew Billy Curtis (Kim) of Natchitoches, LA; and his niece Bobbi Curtis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
