She was predeceased by : her mother Martha Barnes Taylor; her brother Mathew Taylor, Jr.; her stepparents, Mary "Grandmary" Cashat and Mathew "Daddy Math" Taylor, Sr.; her parents-in-law, Virgina "Mama Ginny" Allen and Bruce "Daddy Bruce" Allen; and her brother-in-law Alvin Bruce Allen.

She is survived by : her father Edgar "Granddaddy" Cashat; her husband Jerry Mac Allen; her daughter Ginger Teekell Coffey (Sassy); her grandchildren, Cassie Crew (Kolby), Callie LaBeff (Clay), Carley Teekell and Cammie Teekell; her great grandchildren, Audrey Block and Carson Crew; her sisters, Patricia "Tish" Johnson (Don) and Charlene "Toddy" Anderson (Tommy); and her siblings-in-law, Larry, Mary Allen and Jane Allen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to First Baptist Church or St. Jude's Hospital.
