He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Charles, Kelvin Charles of Sachse, TX and Shaneequa Waters of Jacksonville, FL; and his sisters, Vickie Charles of Bernice, LA and Cassandra Kendrix of Marion, LA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
