He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brantley Dunn; his children, Lambert Dale Dunn, Jr. (Maria) of Oklahoma City, OK., Jamie Dunn Sisson (Monty) of Weatherford, OK., Cari Lynn George (Ryan), Courtney Brantley Parks (Jason) and Carl Brandon Brantley (Cliff); his grandchildren, Lilly Ann Austyn Sisson, Melanie Dunn, Angel Rafael Dunn, Guadalupe Gabriela Dunn, Brantley Bass, Clayton Fallin, Brody George, Mallory Parks and Melanie Clark (Kaleb); his great grandchild Collins Elaine Clark (Annie Kaye Clark); and his siblings, Dorothy Dunn Whitman and Edward Ray Henson, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
