He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Johnson-Adams and Bill Bradshaw; his brother Rusty; his stepfather George Adams; and his brother-in-law Sammie Pace.
He is survived by: his daughter Kaci Bagley (Max); his grandchildren, Ben and Charlotte Bagley; and his sisters, Sandra Bradberry (Kirk), Kathy Owens (Jerry) and Theresa Pace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.
