She was predeceased by : her husband Curtis Batiste; her parents, Fredrick Andrews, Sr. and Agnes Lavalais; her son Allen Batiste; and her siblings, Joe Andrews, Fredrick Andrews, Jr., Willie Andrews, Josie Mae Lee, Elsie Austin, Martha Guillory and Mary Holmes.
She is survived by : her children, Timothy Batiste of Marksville, LA., Tony Batiste (Debrah) of Frisco, TX, Carl Batiste of Dallas, GA. and Annette Lyons of Rosenberg, TX.; her sisters, Josline Jacob of Louisville, KY. and Carrie Prier of Toledo, AL.; and her grandchildren, Charessa (Victor), Donald, Raychel (Tristan), Quentin, Cory (Kelsey), Matthew, Asia (Nicholas), Briana (Bijon), Christian, Andrew, Elizabeth, Jayla and Joshua. She is also survived by seven great grand-children, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
