He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwards Edwards and Mattie Bynog Edwards; his wife Jerry Edwards; and his son Michael L Edwards. He is survived by: his son Bobby W. Edwards (Janie); his grandchildren, Daniel Edwards (Hayley), Eric Edwards (April) and Elisha Edwards (Wesley); and his great grandchildren, Norah, Harper, Avery and Ella.
