He is survived by: his children, Troy Neck (Kim) of Baton Rouge, LA, Deacon Stuart Neck of Spring, TX and Millie Moran (Don) of Spring, TX.; his grandchildren, Abby Neck Richardson (Cullen), Ali Neck, Jarrett Moran (Emma Minton) and Collin Moran; his brothers, Bruce Neck and Van Neck; and his wife Cyd.

Memorial donations can be made to Servant House in Marksville and Food for the Poor.
