He is survived by: his sons, Tom Ponthier (Bonnie) of Marksville, Glenn Ponthier (Chasity) of Marksville and Joe Ponthier (Angye) of Holloway, Louisiana; and his sisters, Rae Dupuy of Brouillette, Louise Crye of Texas and Beverly Bird of Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
