It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Daniel Walker of Marksville, Louisiana, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Joye Mayeux. He is survived by: his daughter Raven Walker of Marksville, Louisiana; his father Jeffery Walker of Marksville, Louisiana; his siblings, Ryan Maillet of Covington, Louisiana, Joscelyn Ebey (Jason) of Centerpoint, Jenny Wofford (Brandon) of Colorado and Megan Normand (Nicholas) of Marksville, Louisiana; and his siblings' children, Jaxon Ebey, Justus Ebey, Jennings Ebey, Austin Keno, Dylan Honea, Myha Keno, Aspen Deason and Jaylin Honea. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (221 S Washington St, Marksville, LA 71351).
