He is survived by: his wife Loretta Dodge McNeal of Effie, Louisiana; his children, Larry Junior McNeal of Effie, Louisiana, Lester McNeal of Youngsville, Louisiana, Lisa Normand of Effie, Louisiana and Laura McKnight (James) of Effie, Louisiana; his siblings, Gilbert McNeal (Sue) of Centerpoint, Louisiana, Elton McNeal (Carol Jean) of Ruby, Louisiana, Elbert McNeal (Sherrie) of Effie, Louisiana, Frederick McNeal (Tonya) of Deville, Louisiana, Jeanette Sackett of Minnesota, Mary McNeal of Arkansas, Lorene Edwards of Arkansas, Helen (David Fraizer) of Arkansas, Sylvia Lachney (Mike) of Effie, Louisiana., Edith McNeal (Gerald) of Effie, Louisiana. and Kathy Ponthier of Effie, Louisiana.; and his grandchildren, Austin McNeal, Brooke Normand and Emmalyn McKnight. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
