Philip leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Philip’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Philip will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Eldridge Beard; and his father Eugene H.. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Beard, Noel Beard Debord, Elizabeth Neal, Jimmy Neal (Angie) and Brian Neal (Vianey); his brother Fred Allen Beard (Betty); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Jo Eldridge Gross and Garrie Eldridge Ferrington (Sissie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Kramer Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
