She was predeceased by: her sister Donna Dauzat. She is survived by: her husband Steve Hailey; her sons, Steven Joey Ducote (Brandi) of Hessmer and Brett Ducote of Moncla, Louisiana; her parents, Samuel Desselle and Nettie Laprairie Desselle of Marksville, Louisiana; her sister Janice Brevelle (Don) of Brouillette, Louisiana; her stepchildren, Andrew Hailey (Candy) and Jenny Wales (Jaden); her grandchildren, Cameron Ducote, Steven Ducote, Madison Ducote Perrin, Ava Ducote and Reed Dupuy; and her great grandchild Rudy Ducote.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Genevieve Catholic Church (4052 LA-452, Marksville, LA 71351).
