She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Ponds and Eldrin Clay; her great-aunts, Emelda Johnson and Olivia Ross; her siblings, Helen Anderson, Catherine Clay, Eules and Leonard Ponds; and her nephews, Eldrin and Albert Buggage.
She is survived by: her husband Matthew Griffin; her sisters, Betty Piear, Eva King, Easter Buggage and Mercedes Smith; and her cousins, Betty Thomas and Audrey Robertson.
