She was predeceased by: her child Engelke Terrell Simmons (Pillow); her parents, Junius Robinson, Sr. and Idell Smith Robinson; her grandparents, Robert Smith, Sr. and Mary Smith of Washington; and her sibling Evelina Robinson.
She is survived by: her son Alfred Simmons (Dracey); her adoptive son James P. Simmons, Jr. (Sandra); her grandchildren, Evangela (Michael), Christopher, Engelke, II, Engelke, III, Tequil and Angelic; and her siblings, Junius Robinson, Jr. (Delores), Marion F. Simmons, Agnes Castleman of Dallas, TX, Brenda Duplessis, Dorothy Palmer, Moses Francis of Arkansas and Walter Robinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
