It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Herrmann Hunter (Marrero, Louisiana), who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Gros Herrmann and Emil Herrmann, Sr.; and her sister Linda Herrmann. She is survived by: her children, Robin Preston (Charles), Jeffery Hunter (Carolyn) and Sharon Hunter; her grandchildren, Edward Castle Prousnitzer (Philip), Brandi C. Simpson (Seth), Cassie, Jessica, David Bordelon (Abigail), Grant Bordelon and Brennan Bordelon; and her siblings, Kathy Foret (Roy), Lena Reiger (Walter), Cynthia Herrmann, Emil Herrmann, Jr. (Lori) and Brent Herrmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
