It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadee Wing White (Marrero, Louisiana), who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Roslyn W. Knox (James); her parents, Rev. James C. Wing and Ida Mae Burrell; and her brother Gary Burrell. She is survived by: her husband Douglas M. White, Sr.; her children, Douglas M. White, Jr. (Odessa), Wanda White, Elaine Nash (Michael), Karen Wallace (Arnold), Trenese White-Belton (Paul) and Sheryl Lynn White; and her siblings, Sandra B. Crump, Gwendolyn Lasalle, Sharon Johnson (Stanley), Larry Burrell and Barbra Ann Jackson (Terry). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
