He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Jacobs, Jr. and Elvera Johnson Jacobs; his grandparents, Johnny Jacobs, Sr., Florence M. Jacobs and Elizabeth B. Lemieux; and his sister Elaine J. Woods.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lorraine Jacobs, Myra Jacobs, Lawrence, Sr., Joyce J. and John Jacobs, III; his goddaughter Elvera C. Hubbard; and his cousin Anthony White. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, and a host of great nieces, and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
