She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Terry and Minnie Lou Harris Terry; her grandparents, Ben Harris, Sr., Lauda Gaston Harris, Cleveland Terry and Willie Lee Terry; and her sister Joyce Jimcoily.

She is survived by: her spouse Rev. Charlie R. Davis; her children, Cheryl L. Johnson (Clarence), Rev. Marvin T. Johnson (Bridgette), Dr. Travis Johnson (Leatrice) and Roxanne J. Young Rafe (Gary); her grandchildren, Travis Johnson, Jr., Trenton Johnson, Trevor Johnson, Natalie Young, Clarence Bradford Ellison and Justin Johnson; and her siblings, Willie Terry (Barbara) and Jeanette Barnes (late Mickey).

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Israel Baptist Church (1612 Esther St, Harvey, LA 70058). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
