She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sims and Dora Mae Collins Sims; her grandparents, Levi Collins and Fairy Queen Brown Collins; and her brother Marvin Stacy Sims.
She is survived by: her brother Don Sims. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Davis Mortuary Service (6820 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
