She is survived by: her husband Alvin Turner; her children, Contaka Wire (Terry England) and Alasha Trufant (late Craig); her grandchildren, Joshua Russell, Ajae Anderson and Erione Wire; her great grandchild Emery Russell; her siblings, Alicestine Saunders of Berkeley, CA and Mary Gandy of Berkeley, CA; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Shears of Haywood, CA and Thelma Jackson. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
