He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Francis Savoie, Sr. and Doris Delhommer David; his brothers, Carl James Savoie and Kenneth Michael David; and his wife Barbara O'Leary Savoie.
He is survived by: his daughter Gina Savoie Montgomery (Byron); his grandchildren, Mallory Christine Montgomery and Carl James Montgomery; and his siblings, Raymond Edward David, Jr. (Terri), Ann Margaret David (Kristy) and Karen David Baudry (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
