With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Glorious Wilson Menina of Marrero, Louisiana, born in Thibodaux, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her grandchild Ashton D. Hayes; her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Carrie W. Chatman; and her sister Catherine W. Martin. She is survived by: her children, Mervin Menina, Jr., Alisa M. Guillory, Vernisa M. Hayes, Carrie Menina and Shanon Menina (Malika Wells); her grandchildren, Gerren Lemon, LeJeanne Menina, Dacia Menina, Shanon Menina, Jr., DaVonne Menina, Kiera Hayes and Zyriah Guillory; and her pet Diva Kandi Hayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
