He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shannon Kreamer Champagne; his children, Sherri Beebe (Marcus) and Aaron Champagne (Ericha); his grandchildren, Savannah Beebe, Marcus Beebe, Jr., Reilee Champagne and Matthew Champagne; and his siblings, Kenny Fontaine (Linda) and Lonnie Fontaine (Cheri). He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mothe Funeral Home (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 14th 2026 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
