With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hilda TATE Triche of Marrero, Louisiana, born in Franklinton, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nead Tate, Jr. and Katherine Bickham Tate; and her siblings, James Edward Tate, Cedric Tate and Nead Tate, III.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Triche; her son Wallace Young, III; and her sisters, Betty Jo Tate, Carolyn Tate Robertson and Kathy Tate Walker. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Ages Baptist Church (6533 Acre Rd, Marrero, LA 70072). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
