We are sad to announce that, on July 9, 2022, at the age of 61, Irving Dwight Roussell of Marrero, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Roussell and Nellie Roussell; his grandmother Myrtle Theodore Porrier; and his godparent Sedonia. He is survived by: his children, Trashawn D. Roussell Jones (Cortez) and Tiesha R. Phoenix (Leroy); his grandchildren, TaNai, Leroy, III and Teyla; his siblings, Sharon Roussell Sturgis (Michael), Shannon Roussell Bocage (Kenneth), Shelly Rousell Moore (Raymond), Shantrice Roussell Joseph (Orlon), Shawnette Roussell Coleman and Jean Marigny; and his godfather Edward Theodore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
