She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Saoirse Bishop; her parent Hendrix; her brothers, Bourgeois, Sr. (Bertha Duhe Bourgeois), Hendrix "Eppie" Bourgeois, Jr. (late Joyclen) and Baron Bourgeois, Sr.; and her sibling-in-law Noel "Buck" Morlas, Sr. (late Mary Joyce).
She is survived by: her husband Victor "Butsy" Morlas, Jr.; her sons, Victor Morlas III (Kathy Vidrine Morlas) and Gary Morlas (Nikki Songy Morlas); her grandchildren, Katy M. Shannon (Robin), Holly M. Garcia (Martin), Amanda Morlas and Eric Bishop (Kyrstyn); her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Francois (Frank), Theodore Shannon (Ted), Lillian (Lily) and Benjamin Garcia (Ben); her siblings, William "Boo" Bourgeois, Sr. (late Julia), Sandra B. Vegas (late Ray) and Dewey Bourgeois (Maryanne); her sibling-in-law Simone "Monie" Morlas; and her caregivers, Mary, Vanita, Ariel, Danyell, Shirley and Kristi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
