He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Smith-Bernard; and his brother John Banks. He is survived by : his wife Janice Mae Willis-Bernard; and his cousin Gloria Mae Smith. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
