She is survived by: her close friend Freddie Jones; her children, Kenisha, Kenneth, Trevor and Darrin Anderson; her grandchildren, Adoir Williams, Ja'zae Anderson, Journi Watkins, Carter Anderson, Kenaj Anderson, KaJua Anderson, Ka'Jana Anderson, Vyntage Colar, Naveeah Robinson and Sekani Anderson; her great grandchildren, Sevyn, Tru, Ja'Zae and Anderson, Jr.; her siblings, Kenneth "Leslie" Simmons, Freddie Murray, Kevin Murray, Dwight Murray, Vernal Simmons, D'Wauna "Trudy" Allen, Garland "Mia" Allen and LaTanya Allen; and her goddaughter Adele Blanton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calvery International Worship Center (1600 Westwood Dr, Marrero, LA 70072). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Calvary International Worship Center (1600 Westwood Dr, Marrero, LA 70072).
