Gibson; his stepgrandchildren, Shane Tierny, Sr. and Brandi Tierny; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jade Tierny, Shane Tierny, Jr. and Jourdan Tierny; and his siblings, Paulette Royse (late Kenneth), Paul Gibson (Cyndy), James Gibson (Susan), Thomas Gibson and Maria Hughes. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mothe Funeral Homes (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
