She was predeceased by: her spouse Socorro J. Galaviz; her parents, Evangelina Gonzalez Aponte and Ernesto Aponte; and her sister Evelyn Valdez (Antonio). She is survived by: her children, Marcus Galaviz (Michelle), Manuel Galaviz (Mandy) and Amanda Gauthreaux (Chase); her brothers, Mario Cordova (Daphne) and Ernesto Aponte (Lyleana); and her grandchildren, Robin Galaviz, Victoria Quintana (Hernann), Dominick Galaviz, Curtis Blum (Courteney), Cheyenna Blum, Marshall Galaviz, Marc Galaviz, Kross Galaviz, Chloe Galaviz, Caden Galaviz and Colt Gauthreaux. She is also survived by 12 great, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
