He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gasquet Chouest; his daughter Dawn Christen (late Dean); his granddaughters, Brittany, Kayla, Jennifer (Richard) and Danielle (Kyle); and his brother Harold Chouest Sr. (Rose). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
