He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Ethel Howard, Sr.; his daughter Dionne Shonte'Howard; his brothers, James, Arnold (Melinda), Rodney and Kevin Howard; his godson Farrel Isom; his parent Oregan Howard, Sr.; his grandparents, John Lee, Laura Isom, Sr., Ernest and Nettie Howard, Sr.; his great-grandparent Isabella Smallwood; his siblings, Dennis Howard, Oregan Howard, Jr. and Isabelle Howard Narcisse; and his siblings' children, Jeanette Conerly and Ross Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (455 Ames Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
